Sharon Agami

Sharon Agami has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the technology and customer support field. Sharon most recently worked as BTG & Business Development at Experis Israel in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Technical Operations & Customer Support at Global-e from 2021 onwards. Sharon also held prominent positions at AU10TIX - Secure Customer Onboarding as a Support Director from 2018 to 2020, and at Spotech as VP, Project Delivery & Support from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they worked at Citi as VP, Client Delivery Head from 2012 to 2015 and as AVP, CitiService Head from 2010 to 2012. Sharon'searlier work experience includes a role as Support Manager at HP from 2001 to 2010.

Sharon Agami completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Ruppin Academic Center. Sharon attended this institution from 2001 until 2003.
