Richard Ballard

Richard Ballard has extensive experience in technical support and surveillance measures, currently serving as WARS Technical Support III at Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Richard worked in technical surveillance countermeasures at both Cogent Security Consulting from January 2020 to August 2021 and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from April 2018 to January 2020. Additionally, Richard held the position of Senior Computer Systems Technician at Lawrence Livermore National Security from July 2002 to April 2018. Richard's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Heald College-San Francisco and an AAS in Electronics from Heald Institute of Technology.
