Miguel Santillana

Miguel Santillana has extensive experience in operations management within the travel and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Latin America at Global Excel Management Inc. since November 2017, Miguel previously held the position of COO at April Americas from September 2013 to June 2017. Prior to that, Miguel was General Manager at Travel Guard Americas from June 2009 to August 2013 and served as Operations Manager at Travel Guard Americas LLC from November 2004 to June 2009.
