Cesar Mauricio Perdomo

Cesar Mauricio Perdomo serves as the Work and Business EB-3 Program Director at Global Exchange International Group since May 2020, leading immigration program development, training, live webinars, marketing strategies, and Power BI sales dashboards. Cesar Mauricio also functions as an EB3 Immigration Consultant specializing in American residency processes for Latin Americans and holds the position of EB2 NIW Recruitment Director in the development of the EB-2 NIW program. Prior to this, Cesar worked at Huawei in various roles, including SOC Project Service Delivery PM, RF Team Leader for service delivery PM, and Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer, contributing to significant projects across Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, and Peru. Cesar’s educational background includes a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad El Bosque, along with studies in Marketing Management and Project Management from Universidad Mayor.
