Nicole Thibou is a culinary innovation manager at Global Franchise Group, with extensive experience in the food industry. Since July 2017, Nicole has worked collaboratively with QSR franchise brands, leading product development and ensuring successful market launches. Previous roles include pastry chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where responsibilities included supervising kitchen staff, creating food presentations, and maintaining quality standards. As owner and pastry chef of Twizted Sisters Bakeshop & Wholesome Cafe, Nicole demonstrated entrepreneurial skills in managing a baking business. Additional experience includes chef instructor roles at Viking Range, LLC, and pastry cook lead at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, alongside earlier positions in graphic design and sales. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Tampa and a degree in patisserie and baking from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
