Sandeep Patel is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of experience and demonstrated success across debt capital markets, investment banking, and healthcare consulting.

During his career, Sandeep has raised more than $20 billion in over 100 debt financings by executing leveraged loans, high yield, private debt capital, asset-based facilities, and mezzanine financing transactions for strategic and financial clients in the consumer, industrials, business services, technology, healthcare and energy sectors. He has also executed numerous M&A and IPO transactions over the course of his career.

Sandeep holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA.
