Senior Associate, Health Systems Strengthening at Global Health Advocacy Incubator

Caroline Young, MPH, serves as a Senior Associate in Health Systems Strengthening at Global Health Advocacy Incubator since May 2024, focusing on building equitable health systems in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Caroline worked as an International Communications Associate at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, contributing to global tobacco reduction efforts. Additional experience includes roles such as Marketing Assistant at Marketing for Change, Marketing Intern at Agilent Technologies, and internships at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, American College of Sports Medicine, Ceca Foundation, and Washington Acupuncture Wellness Center. Caroline holds a Master of Public Health in Public Health Communication and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, both from The George Washington University. Caroline also participated in a semester abroad at Syracuse University in Florence, Italy, and completed high school at Presentation High School.
