Mutabi Mwale

Mutabi Mwale is a Communications Associate at Global Health Corps since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing social media platforms and maintaining the organization's website. In previous roles, Mutabi served as a Programs and Operations Associate, coordinating community outreach during the 2023 Cholera outbreak and enhancing rural youth training on budget tracking for Sexual Reproductive Health funds. Additionally, Mutabi has experience as an Editorial Assistant and Grants Manager Assistant at Ku Mwanachi Foundation and as an Editorial Assistant at WeBloom Africa, leading recruitment and editorial assignments for international journalists. As the Founder and CEO of Bwami, Mutabi developed a curriculum addressing child marriage and gender discrimination, demonstrating strong social entrepreneurship. Early experiences include being a Global Changemaker in 2019 and an intern at Child Fund, where initiatives in child protection garnered global recognition. Mutabi holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Zambia.
