Shannon Bandy has worked in the field of human resources for over a decade, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Human Resources at Global Holdings since February 2020. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Niagara Bottling from 2017 to 2020, a Human Resource Manager at CoreCivic from 2013 to 2017, and a Human Resource Manager at Advance Pierre Foods from 2011 to 2012. Prior to becoming a manager, they started their career in HR as an HR Assistant at Groendyke Transport from 2010 to 2011.
Shannon Bandy received a Six Sigma certification in Lean and Green Belt from Villanova University in 2006-2007. Prior to this, Bandy obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern Nazarene University in 2003-2005.
