Steven Berven

Steven Berven has had a diverse range of roles throughout their career. Their most recent position was as a CRM Product Manager at Global Holdings in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Business Architect at Cherokee Nation Businesses from August 2021 to March 2022. Steven briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer at Activation Breakthrough Consulting, LLC in 2021. In 2019, Berven was the Chief Operating Officer for the Business Solutions Division at Global Thrive Group. Before entering the private sector, Berven served in various roles within the US Military, including as a Business Process Engineer & Knowledge Management Consultant at HQ US European Command (USEUCOM) from August 2012 to April 2019, and as a Knowledge Management Program Manager at HQ US Marine Corps Forces, Africa (MARFORAF) between September 2008 and March 2012.

Steven Berven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Editorial Journalism/Political Science from the University of Washington in 1989. In 2014 they obtained a LEAN/DFSS Green Belt Certification from the Aveta Institute. Steven also has additional certifications, including the Certified Internet Business Associate from CIW in 2017, the Certified Knowledge Management Professional from the Knowledge Management Professional Society in 2015, and the CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in 2014. Steven also earned an ITIL V3 certification from the Aveta Business Institute, although it is unclear when they obtained it.
