Julius Salagan has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Quality Assurance Supervisor for ABS-CBN Interactive. Julius then moved to ABS-CBN Multimedia in 2005 as a Product Officer. In 2009, they took on the role of Product Manager at Run Up Game Distribution Ltd. In 2012, they became a Customer Support Lead (SEA) at Wargaming, and in 2021 they began their current role as an MSP Special Project Helpdesk Analyst Mentor for Global Mentoring Solutions.
Julius Salagan has a Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Communications Engineering from New Era University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. In 2018, they received a Certification in Agile Project Management with Scrum from ActiveLearning, Inc. Julius then attended Seneca College from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Computer Networking and Technical Support. Julius also holds two certifications from CompTIA, CompTIA Network+ (obtained in May 2022) and CompTIA A+ (obtained in August 2021).
