Micha M. Lauterjung has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
Starting in 2005, Lauterjung worked as an Investor Relations Manager at SachsenFonds Treuhand GmbH. From 2007 to 2009, Lauterjung served as a Business Consultant at Markus Stürzer Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
In 2009, Lauterjung became a Project Leader at RWB Group AG for a short period.
Lauterjung then moved on to Münchner Versorgungsmanagement AG, where from 2010 to 2016, they worked as Co-CEO and Member of the Executive Board. During this time, they built the business operations of the company in Germany and Austria, establishing corporate entities, implementing operational and legal frameworks, and creating administrative structures and processes. Lauterjung achieved significant growth, reached target customer numbers, and successfully sold the company to an international financial services company.
From 2016 to 2019, Lauterjung held multiple roles at K2, including Senior Director of Global Sales Operations and General Manager and Head of Finance and Operations, K2 Europe (K2NE). In these positions, Lauterjung led initiatives related to global sales operations, drove revenue growth, led M&A processes, and supported integration efforts.
From 2019 to 2021, Lauterjung served as Vice President of Sales Operations and Fulfillment at Verimatrix. Here, they developed and rebuilt sales operations and fulfillment organizations, implementing revenue models, business plans, compensation structures, and processes to support the company's transition to SaaS models.
Currently, Lauterjung is the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Global Music Rights, and their work experience there began in 2022.
Micha M. Lauterjung holds a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann, which is a German degree in Business Administration, from the FernUniversität in Hagen. The field of study for this degree was Economics / Business Administration. In addition to this degree, Micha M. Lauterjung also obtained a certification in BULATS English - ESOL Examination - CEFR C2 (Proficient) from the University of Cambridge in March 2016.
