Utak Chung

Utak Chung is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in international education and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Global Partnership for Education and holding positions as Project Professor at Okayama University and Adjunct Professor at Kyung Hee University, Chung has made significant contributions to the field. Previous experience includes serving as Director at UNESCO APCEIU and Assistant Secretary General at the Korean National Commission for UNESCO. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in International Organizations, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Political Science, all obtained from Sogang University.
