Mark Sterrett

Mark Sterrett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Mark currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Planting Ahead LLC, starting in March 2022.

Prior to that, Mark worked at Global Patent Solutions LLC, where they had multiple roles. Mark started as a Senior Patent Research Analyst in December 2013 and held this position until January 2016 when they transitioned to Development Manager. In July 2020, they took on the role of Technology Manager, which they currently hold.

From February 2015 to December 2017, Mark worked as an Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University.

Mark began their career at NASA as a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2011 to January 2014. During their time at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, they also interned at NASA from January 2011 to July 2011 and served as a Student Specialist IV from October 2010 to July 2011.

Furthermore, Mark worked as a Peer Assisted Student Leader at the University of Alabama in Huntsville from August 2009 to May 2010.

Mark Sterrett has a strong education background in physics. Mark obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, Mark pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Physics at the same university from 2011 to 2013.
