Global Pathogen Analysis Service Ltd
The Global Pathogen Analysis System (GPAS) aims to improve global health by providing rapid, accessible and standardised genomic analysis for a range of pathogens, starting with SARS-CoV-2. Built by a long-established world-leading pathogen genomics team from Oxford University, supported by the cloud computing scale and security of Oracle Inc. GPAS is a global, turn-key solution that systematises how data from genomic sequencing is processed. Building on our successful SARS-CoV-2 toolset, GPAS will scale rapidly to analyse a range of pathogens, including M. tuberculosis, and deliver these solutions to laboratories, hospitals and public health organisations around the globe.
