Stacie Stewart

Stacie Stewart has a range of legal experience, starting with their current position as Senior Associate General Counsel at Global Payments Integrated. In this role, they are responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements related to payment processing. Stacie also provides advice to sales, finance, and product teams, as well as working with outside counsel on regulatory compliance.

Prior to this, Stacie worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Global Payments Integrated. Stacie also has experience as a Legal Product Contractor at SixFifty Technologies, LLC, where they assisted in drafting and developing automated legal document products.

Before joining the private sector, Stacie worked in the education industry as the Dean of Admissions at BYU Law School. In this role, they managed enrollment goals, advised the Dean on enrollment strategies, and oversaw scholarship and loan funds.

Stacie's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, where they handled real estate transactions and drafted business formation documents. Stacie also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at both the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals, providing assistance to judges on legal matters.

Additionally, Stacie gained experience as a Summer Associate at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court, and a Judicial Intern at the Supreme Court of Utah.

Stacie Stewart has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from BYU Law School. Stacie also holds a Master of Education degree in Instructional Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Speech; English; Secondary Education, both from Utah State University.

In terms of certifications, Stacie obtained a license to practice law from both the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Utah State Bar in July 2014. Stacie also holds a K-12 Administrative Endorsement from the Utah State Board of Education, obtained in May 2010. Additionally, they have a Utah Educator License in English and Speech 7-12, obtained in May 1996 from the same institution.
