Addison Martel

Addison Martel is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Global Payments Inc. since February 2022, Addison oversees recruiting for Heartland, encompassing both Sales and Corporate functions. Prior to this role, Addison was the Talent Acquisition Lead for North America at Xplor and held the position of Sales Recruiting Manager at Clearent. Previous experience includes serving as a Regional Sales Recruiter at Heartland Payment Systems and a Program Leader at Indier LLC, alongside a background in the hospitality industry as a Head Bartender and Bar Manager at Outback Steakhouse. Addison holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, complemented by international experience at Hanyang University.
