Arga Simanjuntak

Arga Simanjuntak has extensive work experience in various marketing and communications roles. Arga is currently working at Global Poin Indonesia (GetPlus) as the Head of Partner Success & Marketing, Brand Activation and Comms since September 2021. Prior to this, they were a Marketing Manager at the same company from February 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Global Poin Indonesia (GetPlus), Arga worked as the Indonesia Marketing Lead at GoBear from May 2019 to February 2020. Arga also served as the Senior Manager of Marketing and Digital Communications at Equity Life Indonesia from August 2018 to May 2019.

In their earlier career, Arga held the position of Head of Marketing and Communications at Group Lease Public Company Limited from September 2017 to August 2018. Arga also worked at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they were a Product Marketing Manager from January 2014 to September 2017 and a Public Relations Manager from September 2008 to January 2014.

Arga began their professional journey as a Consultant at Edelman from October 2007 to September 2008. Arga started their career as an Account Management Officer at Bank Mega from October 2006 to September 2007.

Arga Simanjuntak completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended SMU Negeri 42 from 1998 to 2001 for an unspecified degree. Their earlier education was at SMP Tarakanita 1, where no degree or field of study information is provided. In addition to their academic education, Arga Simanjuntak has obtained several certifications including Certified Basic Insurance Training from Equity Life Indonesia in January 2019, Certified Leadership Development Program from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya in June 2017, and The online marketing fundamentals qualification from Google in April 2017.
