Holly Radel

COO at Global Private Capital Association

Holly Radel is a Managing Director for Institutional Relations & Membership at GPCA, including managing the organization’s operations, strategic direction and growth initiatives. In this role, Holly handles including directing GPCA’s investor relations activities and develop its global community of limited partners as part of the organization’s mission to expand the investor base for emerging markets private capital. Holly’s other core responsibilities include overseeing GPCA’s technology platforms as well as strategic input for the industry, the association and its members via the organization’s councils and communities. Previously, she worked on the programs and research teams at GPCA.

Other prior experiences include coordinating educational programs in Maryland for international and learning disabled students, as well as development work with the World Affairs Council of Houston. Holly earned a Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française at the Université Paul-Valéry in Montpellier, France and completed the first year of her graduate studies in Bologna, Italy, where she studied economics and international law. Holly graduated cum laude from Rice University with a B.A. in Policy Studies and English. She holds an M.A. (with Distinction) in International Relations and International Economics with a specialization in International Finance from the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.
