Jimmy Stewart

Jimmy Stewart has a strong background in customer success, starting with their role as a Product Trainer and Customer Support Specialist at Global Relay from March 2018 to April 2022. During this time, they provided world-class service in handling and resolving customer inquiries. Jimmy also worked closely with internal teams and departments, such as Sales, Legal, and Customer Support, to provide a single interface for customer inquiries and address critical issues. Jimmy updated and maintained the Salesforce CRM system and records. In April 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success at Global Relay, where they continued to provide excellent service.
