Saman Rahbar

Saman (Sam) Rahbar is a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist at Global Relay since March 2022, recognized with the "Bright Star" award for contributions to Voice Recognition and Transcription Systems. Additionally, Saman serves as an Affiliate Researcher at the Brain2Speech Lab at The University of British Columbia and a Volunteer Instructor at McMedHacks and the Vision Research Lab, focusing on scientific computation, machine learning, and speech synthesis. Previously, Saman held roles at Zepp Health, XGen AI, Vendasta, and the University of Saskatchewan, contributing to projects in AI, deep learning, and data analysis. Saman also collaborated with NASA on innovative research projects and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Saskatchewan.
