Jacob Smith

Jacob has been with Global Software since May 1997 as a Sr. Support Engineer, providing technical support for CISCO Software Suite. Prior to their current role, Jacob served in the United States Marine Corps from January 1992 to May 1997 as a Sergeant, where Jacob was a Marksmanship Instructor and involved in Motor Transport Logistics. Before their time in the Marine Corps, Jacob worked at Kmart Corporation from February 1990 to December 1992 as a Sporting goods/Receiving employee, where Jacob restocked shelves in the Sporting Goods/Hunting/Fishing department.
