Lorie Pugh has extensive work experience in the field of client services and operations. Lorie began their career in 1998 as an Operations Manager and Inside/Outside Salesperson at Rexel Datacom. In this role, they were responsible for branch operations, PC/software support, and achieving sales quotas.

In 2001, Lorie joined Advanced Financial Solutions as a Team Lead in Customer Support. Lorie quickly progressed from a Level 1 Support Tech to a Team Lead within two years. Lorie'sresponsibilities included providing high-level technical support and managing a team of five people.

Lorie then joined Global Public Safety in 2005 as the Vice President of Operations. Lorie held this position for over a decade, providing leadership and strategic support to sales and customer service departments, technical support teams, and vendor relationships. Lorie managed more than $5M in recurring revenue and was responsible for 26 support team members and seven product lines.

In 2017, Lorie joined Caliber SmartCOP (formerly CTS America Inc.) as the Director of Client Services. Lorie played a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Later that same year, Lorie transitioned to Global Software as the Senior Director of Client Services. In this role, they continued to excel in managing client relationships and ensuring the success of the company.

Lorie Pugh completed their Bachelor's degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Elementary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Norman High School from 1988 to 1990. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in MIS at the University of Oklahoma from 2002 to 2004.
