Scott Mercier

Scott Mercier has extensive experience in emergency response and military operations, currently serving as the Response Core Programs Manager at Global Support and Development since March 2020, where responsibilities include rapid disaster response and community preparedness initiatives. In addition, Scott holds the position of Medical Operations and Planning Manager at Special Operations Detachment-Pacfic, where duties involve supporting joint special operations forces. Prior to these roles, Scott served as a Medic with the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from June 2011 to March 2019. Academically, Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Care from Western Carolina University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Tacoma Community College, along with completing a program with NOLS in 2002.
