Jasper Lankhorst

Jasper joined Global Switch as Managing Director, Amsterdam in 2018, bringing with him significant commercial experience within the data centre and internet infrastructure industry.

During his career, Jasper has acquired a broad range of specialist skills and management experience, predominately in a sales and commercial capacity, and in particular in strategies to develop business across European markets as well as internationally. Prior to joining Global Switch, Jasper held director and senior level positions at NL-ix; a leading carrier neutral data centre provider in the Netherlands; and Terremark after working at Global Switch as a Sales Manager for five years between 2004 and 2009. After completing his secondary school education in Hoofddorp, Jasper went on to study computer sciences at the University of Hogeschool van Amsterdam.

Jasper holds responsibility for both the operational and commercial management of Global Switch Amsterdam West. Furthermore he is responsible for developing Amsterdam East which will provide a further 32,000 sq m to the existing data centre campus.
