Jacques Benchetrit

Jacques Benchetrit's work experience includes several roles in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising. Jacques currently serves as the Head of M&A and Fundraising at Global Top Round since August 2022. Before that, they worked as an M&A Manager at Zordix AB from March 2021 to August 2022. Jacques also gained experience as an Investment Banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey from November 2017 to June 2020 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from April 2016 to November 2017. Additionally, Jacques had internships in Mergers and Acquisitions at TC Transcontinental Printing in 2015, Equity Research at Raymond James Ltd. in 2014, and Investment Analysis at Pavilion Advisory Group in 2013. Jacques also served as a Delegate at John Molson Competition Committee (JMCC) in 2013 and worked as a Case Analyst at B&A Law in 2012. In 2010, they were a Hillel Leadership Intern, leading a team in renovating schools in Miami and increasing brand awareness among 16-21 year old students.

Jacques Benchetrit began their education in 2010 at Marianopolis College, where they studied commerce. In the same year, they also participated in a summer program at Beihang University, focusing on Mandarin. Jacques then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in the Finance Co-Op Program at Concordia University from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they broadened their knowledge by attending a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specializing in finance.
