Bernardo Riveros has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Bernardo began their career as a Radio & TV Intern at BBDO in 1989 and later worked as an Account Executive at Grey Group. Bernardo then served as a Radio & TV Director at Mercurio Publicidad before joining Young & Rubicam as a Radio & TV Producer. In 1995, Bernardo worked as a Radio & TV Director at Made in Colombia. In 1998, they became the Executive Director at ILAC, where they developed worldwide marketing and advertising strategies and was responsible for student recruitment. Bernardo later founded their own company, BRSC Inc., where they served as CEO. Bernardo also worked as an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant & Corporate Trainer at The John Maxwell Team. Currently, Bernardo is the Director of International Strategy at Global University Systems.

Bernardo Riveros has a diverse education history. In 1988, they attended Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Advertising, completing their studies in 1993. In 1997, Bernardo attended New York University, where they earned a Certificate in Film Production. Bernardo also attended Sheridah College during the same year and obtained a Certificate in Photography. In 2009, Bernardo enrolled in the University of Toronto and obtained a Certificate in Internet Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Bernardo has also acquired additional certifications.
