Lynne Smith

Lynne Smith (FCIPD) currently serves as the Group HR Director at GlobalData Plc since April 2017, and as HR Director at Informa Knowledge and Networking since November 2014. Lynne's extensive HR experience includes leading change management initiatives at Informa Business Information, where significant projects included relocating over 600 employees and restructuring teams. Prior to this, Lynne held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Datamonitor Ltd, managing the global HR function, and Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA at Moody's Investors Service. Lynne's career began at Earth Observation Sciences, where various roles culminated in the position of Personnel Manager. Lynne earned an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Cranfield School of Management between 2006 and 2008.
