Glenn Colton

Glenn Colton is a retired professional who began their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Artillery Mechanic and Artillery Section Chief. From 1990 to 2000, they worked at IBM as an Equipment Engineer, maintaining ceramic packaging and semiconductor equipment. At IBM, they also served as a Facilities Operations Manager, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, implementing a Reliability Centered Maintenance program, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Glenn later became a Sr Operations and Engineering Manager at IBM, leading process improvement initiatives and managing a team of managers, engineers, and technicians. From 2015 to 2022, Colton worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they held various roles, including Vice President - Head of Global Procurement and Sr Director of Procurement - Global Capital Equipment. In these positions, they were responsible for sourcing decisions, managing commercial relationships, and implementing cost reduction activities globally. Glenn also served as the Deputy Director, leading a maintenance transition team and managing multiple departments.

Glenn Colton holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Marist College.
