Paul Strimaitis

Paul Strimaitis has a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. Paul is currently serving as the VP of Supply Chain Planning at GlobalFoundries since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand as the Vice President of SIOP & Materials Management from August 2014 to April 2023 and from August 2014 to February 2020, respectively. Paul also held leadership roles at Caterpillar Inc., where they served as the Global Supply Chain & Logistics Manager from October 2011 to August 2014 and as the Global Supply Chain Planning Manager from April 2010 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked at Caterpillar Inc. as the Supply Chain Strategy & Process Manager from August 2007 to April 2010. Before joining Caterpillar, they worked at Accenture, where they held various roles including Senior Manager from September 2003 to August 2007. Paul also has experience working as a Production Manager at Sara Lee from June 1994 to February 1996 and as a Supply Chain Analyst at Power Packaging from September 1989 to June 1994. Throughout their career, Paul Strimaitis has demonstrated their expertise in supply chain strategy, demand planning, inventory management, and process improvement.

Paul Strimaitis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University. Paul also completed an MBA program at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
