Joel Mintun

Joel Mintun is an accomplished procurement and technology sourcing professional with extensive experience leading global teams and managing substantial budgets. Currently serving as Director of Global Indirect Procurement at GlobalFoundries, Joel oversees a team of over 30 supply chain experts, managing more than $1 billion in annual spend across diverse categories. Previously, at Elevance Health, Joel held dual roles as Director of Technology Sourcing and Senior Technology Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing extensive technology contracts and vendor relationships. Joel's earlier experience as a Senior Management Consultant at Protiviti involved leading international consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies, and a management role at Indiana University Bloomington included overseeing technology support for a large population of students and staff. Joel holds an M.S. in Information Systems and a B.S. in Informatics & Computing from Indiana University.
