Ashleigh Sabolcik has a range of experience in talent acquisition roles. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at G-P/Globalization Partners, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at Snap Inc. from March 2022 to September 2022. Ashleigh also has significant experience at PayPal, where they held various roles from September 2011 to March 2022. Ashleigh served as the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition - Technical, leading recruitment efforts for PayPal Technology and its subsidiary brands. Ashleigh achieved significant milestones, such as building a large tech recruitment team and launching a new site location in South America. Before PayPal, Ashleigh worked at Bank of America for several years, holding the titles of Vice President - Corporate Recruiter, Vice President - Human Resource Consultant, and AVP - Executive Recruiter. Ashleigh started their career as a recruiter at Adecco Technical, focusing on technical, financial, scientific, and engineering placements. Ashleigh also had a role as a Business Analyst at Hewitt Associates, where they worked on benefits administration and automated systems implementation for clients. Overall, Ashleigh has a strong background in talent acquisition and has successfully led recruitment efforts in various organizations.

Ashleigh Sabolcik attended the University of Florida from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in the field. In December 2020, they became an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter through ADP, and in January 2010, they obtained the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from SHRM HRCI.
