Christen Bleil

Christen Bleil, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Christen has held various roles at Globalization Partners, starting as an Executive Assistant in June 2016 and later progressing to Human Resources Associate, Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, Director of Global People Resources, and currently serves as the Director, People Business Partners. Prior to their time at Globalization Partners, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Gesmer Updegrove LLP from January 2014 to June 2016 and at Rodman Law Group LLC from October 2012 to January 2014. Additionally, they were an NBA Dancer for the Boston Celtics from June 2012 to June 2016.

Christen Bleil, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Dance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In June 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
