Luke Shanley is currently the Senior HR Specialist UK & Ireland at G-P, where Luke manages HR cases and leads the on-boarding process for new hires. Prior to this, Luke worked as an HR Specialist at Welocalize and as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Cpl. Luke has a background in HR operations and employee management, with experience in maintaining high-performance work environments and driving retention and efficiency. Luke graduated from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology with a degree in Business & Arts Management.
