Magdalena Kompała

Magdalena Kompała has a diverse work experience in the fields of product design, user experience (UX) design, project management, and architecture. Magdalena is currently employed as a Senior Product Designer at G-P/Globalization Partners, where they focus on delivering a great user experience and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Their responsibilities include leveraging user experience to solve problems through information architecture, user flows, and the creation of lo-fi wireframes and prototypes. Prior to this, Magdalena worked as a UX Designer at the same company.

Before joining G-P/Globalization Partners, Magdalena worked as a Senior UX Designer, specializing in 3D graphics, at Capgemini from 2017 to 2021. Magdalena also gained experience in project management and UX design as a Project Manager/UX Designer at Smultron Software House in 2016 and as a UX Designer at the same company in 2016-2017.

Magdalena started their career as an architect at Archicomp from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a freelancer designer from 2010 to 2016. Magdalena also gained experience as a Junior Architect at Geoplan Investment in 2011-2012 and completed an internship at Rytych Architects in 2009.
