Meredith Hendler

Director, Customer Operations at Globalization Partners

Meredith Hendler has a diverse range of work experience. Meredith began their career as an HR Intern at the Ritz Carlton in 2008, where they developed an annual community service plan and improved hiring practices. Meredith then worked as an HR Intern at the Hyatt Regency Auckland in 2010, where they successfully executed employee events and managed daily HR activities. In 2011, they became an Activities Program Coordinator at Benchmark Senior Living and later took on the role of Director of Business Administration, where they provided HR guidance, managed associate relations, and launched a new Wellness Program. In 2013, they joined Insperity as an Orientation Representative, managing transitions for new clients, and later became a Client Liaison, ensuring overall client satisfaction. Since 2016, they have been working at G-P/Globalization Partners, holding various positions including Global Client Services Associate, Client Services Account Manager, Senior Manager Global Operations, Director of Global Operations, Director of Global Operations for New Product Lines, Director of Global Operations Strategic Projects, and currently as Director of Customer Operations.

Meredith Hendler attended Boston University from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Psychology during their time at this institution.
