Senior Manager, Customer Success at Globalization Partners

Missael Romo has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Missael worked as a Help Desk IT Consultant and later as a Project Management Consultant at Cementos Mexicanos. In 2008, they transitioned to Affiliated Computer Services, where they served as a Help Desk Manager for two years. From 2010 to 2018, Missael worked at Arvato Financial Solutions as a Site Lead/Business Manager, supporting Microsoft's Commercial Operations. Subsequently, they joined Infosys BPM as the Senior Site Lead for Client Operations and Services, focusing on Microsoft. In 2021, Missael joined BAT as an Engagement Center Lead, responsible for achieving KPIs and enhancing consumer and customer care satisfaction. Currently, they are employed at G-P/Globalization Partners, where they serve as a Senior Manager of both Customer Experience and Customer Success. In this role, they facilitate companies' expansion into numerous countries and manages HR, tax, and legal matters for their globally hired teams.

Missael Romo has a diverse education history. Missael obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indiana Institute of Technology in 2023. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at the Universidad Tecnologica Latinoamericana. Missael's earliest identified educational experience was from 1997 to 2002, when they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technology, Management at the Universidad de Monterrey. In addition to their formal degrees, Missael Romo has obtained several certifications, including "20 Habits of Executive Leadership," "Improving Your Leadership Communications," "Leading a Customer-Centric Culture," and "Strategic Thinking," all from LinkedIn, in November 2022.
