Olga Chumachenko

Olga Chumachenko has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Olga is currently working as a Senior Finance Manager at Globalization Partners since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Finance Manager - EMEA at the same company from February 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Globalization Partners, Olga worked at Wayfair from 2015 to 2021. Olga held various positions at Wayfair, including Finance Manager from March 2018 to February 2021 and Financial Accountant from November 2015 to March 2018.

In 2014, Olga worked as an Accounting/Financial Consultant on a freelance basis while pursuing their CIMA qualification with UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

From 2011 to 2014, Olga worked at MosCityGroup International as a Financial Controller. Their responsibilities included preparing and interpreting financial accounts, handling audits, managing financial and credit control, and producing budgets and forecasts.

Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Olga worked at Selelectrosetstroy as a Senior Accountant. Their role involved day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and liaising with external stakeholders.

Olga's early career includes a role as a Financial Accountant/Analyst at "Interbank Integral Power complex"PLC from 2007 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for controlling creditors and debtors, assessing project risk and profitability, and maintaining financial records.

Olga Chumachenko started their education at The Russian Plekhanov Academy of Economics in 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance in 2005. In 2003 and 2004, they also earned a Certificate in International Private Law from Utrecht University. Continuing their studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, which they completed between 2005 and 2007. Later, in 2013 and 2014, Olga pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Brunel University London. Their education journey concluded with a Master's Degree in Strategic Management Accounting from University College Dublin in 2014 and 2015.
