Rafal Kotowicz

Rafal Kotowicz has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and quality assurance fields. Rafal is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Globalization Partners since August 2022. Prior to that, they spent six years at IDEMIA, starting in April 2016, where they held the position of Senior QA Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring quality processes and managing test processes for IDEMIA's Subscription Manager for eSIM product. Rafal conducted both functional and non-functional tests, prepared test data and tools for automation, validated release packages, and prevented bugs from appearing in production.

Before joining IDEMIA, Rafal worked at Ericpol for five years starting in December 2011. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Software Engineer, Automation Tester, and Scrum Master. As a Software Engineer, they developed features and provided unit and functional test coverage. As an Automation Tester, they ensured the quality and integrity of functional automated tests.

Rafal began their career as an intern at TomTom in May 2009.
