Stephen McCormack

Stephen McCormack has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Currently, they hold the position of VP of IT at Globalization Partners since March 2021. From 2007 to 2021, they were the Head of ICT at Maxol. Prior to that, they worked at Symantec as a Senior Information Systems Manager from 1999 to 2007, where they led a global team and managed Oracle ebusiness suite projects. Before joining Symantec, they worked at Intel as a Systems Manager from 1997 to 1999. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Bell Lines Ltd, including Group IT Manager and Programmer, Analyst, Project Leader, where they managed IT strategy and implemented ERP and logistics projects.

Stephen McCormack's education history includes the following degrees and certifications.

Stephen obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Applied Cyber Security from Technological University Dublin, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued an MSc degree in Technology and Innovation from the same institution, attending from 2005 to 2008.

Stephen also completed a Master Prac degree in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) at the NLP Institute of Ireland in 2003-2004. Stephen obtained a Diploma in Business and executive coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland in 2000-2003.

Furthermore, Stephen earned a Higher Dip in IT from Griffith College Dublin from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification as a Certified Cyber Risk Officer from the ICTTF - International Cyber Threat Task Force in July 2020.
