Bhaswar Ghosh

Bhaswar Ghosh, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bhaswar is currently the Director of Enterprise IT Applications at Globalization Partners since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson Controls as the EMEA Application Ops Leader from January 2019 to April 2021.

In 2018, Ghosh served as a Sr. Service Delivery Manager at Fujitsu (Ireland), where they led teams in delivering end-to-end IT services, ERP, and digital solutions to key customers in the retail industry. Bhaswar managed P&L for accounts, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

From 2015 to 2017, Ghosh worked at HCL Technologies as a Sr. Project Manager, overseeing IT service delivery, account management, and project management for various programs. Bhaswar also mentored and led teams to ensure customer SLAs were met and implemented process improvements.

Prior to that, Ghosh held the position of IT Service Delivery Lead at Tyco Safety Products from 2001 to 2015, managing ERP applications, database administration, software development, and business process improvement.

Bhaswar pursued an MSc in Software Development from Cork Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at IT Alliance, Sr. Software Engineer at Global Telesystems, and Sr. Software Engineer at Ashok Leyland.

Ghosh's career began in 1994 as an IE Consultant at Sigma Consultants Ltd. Their extensive work experience showcases their expertise in IT service delivery, project management, account management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bhaswar Ghosh, PMP, has a diverse education history that spans various disciplines. Bhaswar obtained their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the PMI in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Development from Munster Technological University from 2005 to 2007. Bhaswar also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Financial Management, which they acquired from ICFAI Business School between 1996 and 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Bhaswar has pursued further certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 1998, they obtained a Certificate in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Application Implementation from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. Bhaswar also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they earned from Pravaranagar Engineering College from 1988 to 1992. Bhaswar's earliest recorded education is a Leaving Certificate in Science/Maths from St. John the Baptist High School in 1986.

Throughout their career, Bhaswar Ghosh has consistently sought opportunities to expand their knowledge and expertise. As evident from their additional certifications, they remain committed to continuous learning and professional development. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
