William Bonner

William Bonner has a diverse work experience in various roles within the product management and quality assurance fields. William most recently served as a Product Manager at Globalization Partners starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Owner at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2020 to October 2021. From July 2018 to October 2021, they held the role of Product Owner at Pramerica. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Senior Product Owner at AVEVA. Before that, they spent several years at Allstate Northern Ireland, where they held the positions of Digital Product Manager and Team Manager, Infrastructure Services from 2015 to 2018. William started their career in 2000 at Lionbridge as a QA Engineer and Project Manager and later became a QA Team Lead at Pramerica from 2007 to 2014.

William Bonner completed their education in the field of Business Administration and Information Technology. William first attended North West Institute of Further and Higher Education from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a HND in Business and Finance. Following this, they pursued a BA Hons in Business Administration at Abertay University from 1997 to 1999. Later, in 1999, they enrolled at Ulster University and completed a Post Grad in Computing and Information Systems, specializing in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, William Bonner obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Value Analysis (ICP-BVA) certification from ICAgile in October 2019.
