Deanna Pickering

Deanna Pickering serves as General Counsel and Head of People at GlobalMeet since October 2023, overseeing legal matters for a SaaS provider owned by Pivotal Group. In addition, Deanna has managed legal operations as General Counsel for Interim Public Management since 2010. Previous roles include General Counsel at Vixxo from 2018 to 2020, where responsibilities included enhancing the legal function during a transitional growth phase, and at Infusionsoft from 2014 to 2018, where Deanna played a key role in securing a $55 million Series D funding. Earlier experience includes serving as VP General Counsel at Lumension from 2008 to 2014, contributing to corporate governance and acquisitions, and leading the legal department at Insight Enterprises from 1994 to 2007, including guidance through a successful IPO. Deanna holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a BA with Honors in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
