Carlos H. Brandt Siem, Ph.D., is an experienced analyst and independent consultant with a focus on international energy policy and economics. Currently associated with OHMRESEARCH INDEPENDENT INSIGHTS, Asia Power Watch, Enquire, and GrapeData, Carlos brings a wealth of knowledge from roles advising on energy and foreign policy within Venezuela's National Assembly and teaching at Universidad Central de Venezuela. Carlos holds a Doctorate in Political Science and a specialization in International Oil Policy and Trade from Universidad Central de Venezuela, as well as a Technical Assistant degree in Oil.
