Ricky R. Spandiel

Ricky R. Spandiel is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary with approximately 18 years of experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Joboy South Africa since December 2022, Ricky also holds the position of Founder at Kingdom First Leaders and has been recognized as an expert at GlobalWonks and AlphaSights since 2020 and 2018, respectively. As CEO of The Camelina Oil Company (Pty) Ltd since March 2016, Ricky focuses on developing enhanced Camelina plant varieties and systems for producing high-value biofuels and food ingredients in Africa. Additionally, Ricky serves as an advisor for Guidepoint Global, providing insights on power and renewable energy projects in developing countries, and is an expert with OnFrontiers since May 2018. Ricky's academic background includes education from the University of Port Elizabeth.
