Zaira Mlot

Zaira Mlot is a seasoned Project Manager Team Lead at Globant since March 2020, with significant prior experience at Indunor S.A. / SERSA from February 2005 to March 2020. Responsibilities at Indunor included managing the environmental management system, overseeing operations of a wastewater treatment plant, and leading a quality control laboratory. Zaira was instrumental in the commission of the treatment plant and the reorganization of the laboratory to meet international standards. Earlier roles encompassed internships focusing on physicochemical analyses and a consultancy position providing training on laboratory management under ISO 9001. Zaira holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Technology from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes and a degree in Chemical Engineering from UTN Facultad Regional Resistencia.
