Josh Barrow

Josh Barrow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and marketing. Currently serving as Assistant Managing Producer at Wasted Talent since 2021, Josh also holds the position of Team and Community Manager at Globe International Ltd. since March 2020. Previous roles include contributing to the marketing team at Salty Crew from 2018 to 2021 and working in marketing at Globe Brand Europe from April 2014 to 2020, where responsibilities included team management, media relations, social media, and event organization. Earlier in their career, Josh was a Beach Lifeguard for the RNLI from May 2010 to October 2013, which entailed addressing high-pressure situations and performing critical rescues on demanding UK beaches. Josh Barrow earned a degree in Surf Science and Technology from the University of Plymouth between 2011 and 2014.
