Ken Africa

Ken Africa has a diverse work experience starting from an internship at AWS Philippines in 2015. Ken then joined Trend Micro as an Information Security Engineer in 2016. In 2019, they joined InnoVantage, Inc. as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they acted as the System Team's Product Owner and led the team's evolution. Currently, Ken is working at Globe Group, initially as a DevOps Lead from 2021 and then transitioning to the role of Platform Engineering Lead in January 2023.

Ken Africa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sto. Tomas, Batangas, from 2012 to 2016. Ken also obtained additional certifications as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in November 2018 and as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional in November 2021.
