Mohamed Hussien is an accomplished undergraduate at Cornell University pursuing a degree in Global and Public Health Sciences with a focus on Epidemiology. Currently serving as a DNS Undergraduate Honors Program Scholar, Mohamed has gained extensive research experience, including a role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Travis Lab and as a Research Intern at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where data compilation for early childhood and maternal health indicators was emphasized. Mohamed also participates as a Student Researcher at the University of Rochester, focusing on air quality research, and as a Project Manager at Cayuga Healthcare Consulting, targeting enhancements in neurotechnology. Additional contributions include volunteer work at Cayuga Medical Center and involvement in GlobeMed's efforts to address global health inequalities. Recently, Mohamed participated in the Molecular Imaging Summer Program Intern at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working on targeted cancer therapeutics, and served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University.
