Zaahirah Nagatani

Zaahirah Nagatani is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in course design, production management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at GLOBIS Corporation since July 2022, Zaahirah leads course development initiatives and manages projects across teams. Previous roles include an Associate Instructional Designer at Eigohoikusho Service and a Lead Teacher Onboarding Specialist. Zaahirah's diverse background also includes a post-MBA internship at SoftBank Group focusing on global business development in smart cities and education technology. Earlier experiences feature instructional design at Discovery Limited, where Zaahirah contributed to soft skills curriculum development, and as an editor and founder of a luxury lifestyle blog, Complete (and utter) Disbelief. Zaahirah holds a Global Masters of Business Administration from Doshisha University and a BBA in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School.
